With our technical staff united under the umbrella of TABYAPI and our experience of more than 30 years, we have completed approximately 35 projects such as infrastructure, superstructure, hotels, shopping malls, residences, bridges, viaducts and intersections in many regions of Turkey. Our projects completed in the last 5 years; 4-star Varuna Hotel in Kocaeli, Emko Factory Building in Zonguldak, Bülent Ecevit University Health Campus Mosque with a capacity of 600 people, 24 flats in Site Kent Konutları, 89 flats in İncivez Yanık Sitesi, 40 flats in Koza Houses, 67 flats in İncivez Prestige Houses and Bakacakkadı locality. 49 flats are Prestige Residences projects. Between 2017 and 2020, 62,000 m2 of concrete works of construction of the “Adres Yalıkavak” project in Bodrum-Yalıkavak was completed and delievered. Along with these projects, we are trying to create new job areas by taking an interest in public tenders. As of today, at 2025, the total value of our work completions is 1,746,000,000 TL.

All the houses signed with contracts were delivered to their rightful owners, with our understanding of quality that we have not changed for years and are constantly improving, and the other flats have been sold completely. Migros Hypermarket is our tenant in İncivez. We are evaluating the rental requests of chain markets for the workplaces in our Bakacakkadı project.
